When a new reservation has been made, you will see: "NEW RESERVATION ALERT/UPDATE-A new reservation has been added or modified. Please check the reservations page by clicking on the Media Reservation Tracker link below." 

 \*If there are no new reservations, this box will display "NO CURRENT UPDATES"

NEW RESERVATION ALERT/UPDATE
A new reservation has been added or modified. Please check the reservations page by clicking on the Media Reservations Tracker link below.



Upon opening the page, you will see all active reservations.

    --If an item has been picked up and checked out in Voyager, click the checkbox under the 'Picked Up?' column.

   --Reservations are to be picked up within one hour of the pick-up date/time. If a reservation has not been picked up, click the checkbox under the 'Cancel Reservation' column. This will delete the reservation and update the availability on the reservation portal.

  --Once a reserved item is return, click the checkbox under the 'Item Returned' column. This will delete the reservation and update the availability on the reservation portal.
