Click your name on the top right-hand corner of the page

From the RFP page, click on the "Proposals" tab

Once you are ready to award a vendor, simply click "Award" on the vendor you wish to award the job to.

Once awarded, the winning vendor will show as awarded on the right-hand side of the page
