To start collecting data, you'll need to share the XCL Learning Link. You have easy access to your Learning Links from the link menu.

When someone uses the link, it will launch the content with its branded landing page.

They will complete the form and select "Continue."

As they interact with the content, data will be sent in real time to the LRS you selected for this content's brand template!

You will find the activity data in the "Analytics" menu.

Each XCL Learning Link will have its own visualization showing number of times launched, completed, and the total number of actions by individual.

If you used the XCL LRS, you'll find detailed data in the Activity Stream. Note that if you used your own LRS, you will access your detailed data there.

In the Activity Stream, each action (xAPI statement) is displayed, line-by-line.

You can select the + icon to expand a statement.

This is where you'll find the full xAPI statement with all data reported in a JSON format.

Use the Query Options to search for a specific individual (actor), action (verb), object, result, or other element in the xAPI data.

You have the option to load more statements using the "Get More" button. You also have two options for downloading your statements. You can use the "Download Raw Statements" button for statements in a JSON format. This file may be used to upload your statements to a different LRS. Or, you can use the "Download CSV" button to download your Activity Stream.

When you use the XCL LRS, you can access activity data directly in XCL. You can easily track engagement metrics, such as launch frequency and completion rates in the Dashboard. Access and download detailed information in the Activity Stream. This enables you to make informed decisions based on real-time data.
