Start from the Instructor Manage landing page.

Click "Insights" in the top menu.

Click "Scored Activities".

Click the activity to view. This may take a moment to load.

Click "% CORRECT" at the top of the column to sort by % correct and see the questions with the most incorrect answers. \ \ The full questions can be viewed from student preview of the activity or from any student's attempts.
