View LinkedIn messages within Imagine

Make sure you have connected your LinkedIn account within Imagine. If you have already done this, skip straight to [viewing messages.](https://scribehow.com/viewer/View_a_Specific_Interaction_in_History__gE50bB7lRbqZmCM_Ak2Ecg?scrollToActionId=52896687)
The first time you connect your account, Imagine will sync the last 30 days of messages.
Connecting LinkedIn

Navigate to your profile

Click Connect LinkedIn

Login to LinkedIn using your normal username and password for LinkedIn. Follow any authentication prompts or verification puzzles.

Once done, you will see a success message. You can now close this tab and return to Imagine.

Refresh your page in Imagine and you should now see the button has changed to Disconnect LinkedIn.\ \ You have successfully connected your account.
Viewing LinkedIn messages in Imagine
A person must have their LinkedIn URL populated in order for messages to sync. This should be in the format of https://www.linkedin.com/in/profile-name
If you add a person's URL after messaging them, Imagine will sync the messages sent or received since you connected your account (it may take up to 1 hour for them to be visible).

Click "Interaction History"

Click on a row where the type is "LinkedIn Message"

You will see the message that was sent or received.
