To access the Reconciliation dashboard, navigate to <https://admin.portone.cloud/reconciliation/dashboard>

Click the dropdown to choose your primary data source (e.g., Lazada orders)

From the dropdown list, select a configured data source to display its output

Check the list of related data sources available for reconciliation

Choose the secondary data source (e.g., Lazada settlements) to compare with the first

Use the date picker to select the date range for the reconciliation output

Choose to view the output by amount or count metrics for analysis

Click to switch the output view to show refund orders

Click "Filters" to display available filtering criteria

Select a country from the dropdown to refine the output

Choose a brand to narrow down the displayed results

Click "Apply Filters" to filter the results or "Cancel" to reset

Click on a node in the Sankey chart to drill down into specific order details

The table below the Sankey chart will display the list of orders based on the selected node

Click "Download" to export the report, including raw data from the source files
