In the Course Administration bar, select "Participants".


Select the desired filters. In this example, groups have been selected.

Click the "Select all users" button towards the bottom of the page.

Select this dropdown box to pick from the following options: Export list as file, send an email or add a note.

The "Download as csv" or "Download table data as" options are commonly used to download group/class lists.
