Navigate to [https://app.govspend.com/spending?alertId=65f31393763f2a53e8532751&title=Seneca%20Purchases%20in%20the%20last%2060%20months%20](https://app.govspend.com/spending?alertId=65f31393763f2a53e8532751&title=Seneca%20Purchases%20in%20the%20last%2060%20months%20)

Click here on the "Agency Contacts" column.

Move your mouse to the left side where the filters are. You will see "Contact Filters." Click on "Title" to open up. 

Now you can manually search for specific titles you would want to make a warm lead outreach to. You can also search through the provided titles listed. 

Click "FIND" and the contacts with only the selected title will appear in the contacts column.

To export the contacts, navigate to the upper right side of the page. There you will click on "Exports" and select the column you wish to export.
