Log in at [login.myocchealthrecord.com/](http://login.myocchealthrecord.com/) and navigate to the Injury and Claims Management module. And click on the Claims Management tab.

Locate the employee from the table you want to view and select the "View Details" button from under the Actions column.

When viewing an employee's Claim profile, you have the ability to view the below data captured from making a claim.

You have the ability to view any current Medical Certificates or Return to Work Plan documents uploaded here.

Tip! When uploading additional documents into either space, simply drag and drop or select the "click here" button to upload

Documents and notes related to the employee's claim/injury, can be located here.

You can add an activity reminder linked to the employee's injury/claim within this window.

Lastly you can also view any past injuries or claims linked to an employee here. Clicking on the "Actions" button will open up all the details saved to this entry.
