Click **Create** and you're done creating a folder for your Webinar Call Funnel Workflow.

Look for the folder **General Webinar Funnel Workflow Template** and open it.

**Rename** the cloned workflow to your preference. 

Then click **Create.** Continue to duplicate the remaining 2 workflow templates following the same steps.

Next is you need to **move the duplicated workflow templates** to your **created folder**. 

Click the **back arrow** then **Look for the folder you created.** Then Click **Move Here.**

Do the same procedure with the remaining 2 workflows - **Appointment Booked + Reminder sequence** and **Canceled Appointment.**

Step 1.3: Edit emails and SMS for each Workflow and connecting each Worflow to different action.o 

Look for the **folder** of your **Webinar Call funnel workflow**. 

Click on your **Webinar Opt-in workflow to edit**.

Click the **Trigger Action** to open the settings on the right side. 

Under **Filters**, Look for **Form is** and then **choose your Opt-in form** name from the drop down menu.

04. General Webinar Call Opt-In Form TEMPLATE ONLY (DO NOT EDIT THIS - CLONE & USE)

Click the **Send email action** to edit the settings on the right side. 

You can **choose a template** or you can **manually create your message** in the message body section.

Click on **Save Action** once done editing the message. 

You can edit the other Send email action in the workflow by clicking on it. On this example we have the D+1 Email. 

Once you're done with editing the message click on **Save action**.

To **save all the changes** you made on the workflow, click **Save** on the upper right. 

Click on your **Appointment booked workflow to edit**.

Click on the **Trigger action Customer Booked Appointment** to configure. 

On the right side under **Filters,** look for In **Calendar** then **Select the Calendar you created**.

On the right side under **Filters,** look for In **Calendar** then **Select the Calendar your created**. 

Click the **Send email action Confirmation email** to edit and then Click **Save Action**.

Under **Filters**, look for **In calendar** then **select the calendar you created** in the drop-down menu. Click **Save Trigger**.
