Navigate to [https://csmagenthub.com/](https://csmagenthub.com/)

Click "Log In" located in the top right corner.

Enter Username/Email and NPN and click "Log In".

Click "Welcome to Medicare" located in the center of your screen.

View your personal Google Sheet to manage your full list of WTM meetings and access personal WTM links.

You will be able to view all your current WTM dates in the "New Meetings" section of your WTM table.

To add new dates, click "Add Dates To Your Sheet".

A new browser tab will open to the "WTM New Meeting Form". Fill in the form and hit submit to enter new meeting dates. Repeat this step for all new WTM dates.

Venue name and location will automatically populate when you start typing in the "Venue Name & Address" field.

Please note, when you add a new date, it will take several minutes to show in your portal.

To change an existing WTM meeting (location, date, time, etc.) click "Change/Cancel Meeting". The form will open in a new browser tab.

Fill in the form and hit submit. After submitting a change/cancel form, our team will be notified and send you a confirmation email when received.

To make changes, you must submit a form or email WTM@carolinsaseniormarketing.com. You are not able to edit your WTM table directly.

To submit a reimbursement form after your meeting, click "WTM Report & Expenses".

The form will open in a new browser tab. Fill in the form and hit submit. We will process your reimbursement and move that meeting to the reimbursed meetings section of your portal.

You will be notified via email when your reimbursement is processed and the information will populate in your WTM table.
