What are My / Shared Views?

Click "Candidates" to pull open My Views.

Click My Views. These views are lists you have filtered and saved for your own personal use.

You can save your views in any record in Tracker's database to help organize and make your workflow that much more efficient. For example, I saved a view for my On Assignment Candidates.

Click on filter to make edits to the view.

Click "Candidates" to view Shared lists.

Under Shared Views I can see any lists that team member's have shared with me.

If you like a shared list and want to customize it, click Filter and personalize it.

Then click Go.

And Save a new list.
