Navigate to [https://portal.geoh.app](https://portal.geoh.app/dashboard/work-list?category=visit_check_in_missed)

Click the icon next to the visit that needs to be marked declined from the "Visits" page.

Once the visit shows up as a blue check mark, click "UPDATE STATUS" (NOTE: You can check mark more than one visit at a time.)

Click into the "Type total visits to update (1)..." field and re-enter the number of visits you have selected.

The visit should now appear with a "Declined" status.
