What happens when a Tenant Profile is Activated?

Access the **Admin Portal** by logging in.
Click on **"Tenant Management**" dropdown on the left navigation

Click on "**Tenant**"

In the column, under **"Portal Access**" it will show as **'Invite Now', 'Joined' & 'Invited'**

If they have not **joined** yet,you can also resend the invitation by clicking the **"Invite Now**" option under the "Portal Access" column

The email will be auto-filled while sending the re-invitation under the **"Email" field**. Click on "**Send Invite"** to complete that

Once the tenant receives the **Portal Access Invite** in their email,instruct them to follow the instructions. They will have to click "Click here to register →"

**Fill in the form(their name & email is auto-filled for them),they will have to assign their own password**

Click on "**Register**"

Once submitted, a notification will show and they can now login to the Tenant Portal.

Their "**Portal Access" status will change to "Joined"**
