To customize the settings for any Worfklow, open the Workflow Builder by clicking the name of a Workflow.

Click "Settings" next to "Builder" under the Workflow Name.

Adjust the Contact Settings as desired.  

"Allow Re-entry" will allow a Contact to re-enter a Workflow after it has completed all automated Actions or been removed manually.

"Stop on response" will end the Workflow for a contact when they respond.  This will prevent any unsent drip SMS messages or other Actions from sending after a Contact responds.

Choose whether to use the "Contact's Timezone" or your own Timezone when completing Workflow Actions.

Adjust the "Time Window" to specify the hours you want the Workflow to execute Actions.  Keep in mind local time restrictions as they pertain to SMS messages, Calls, etc.

Select whether to "Mark as read" any Conversations that the Workflow has interacted with.  

Click "Save" to save your updated Workflow Settings.
