To setup a Workflow to use with the RipDrip Chrome Extension, start by naming your Workflow.  The name is important to remember for the Extension to know exactly which Workflow to send your Contacts to from your VanillaSoft Dialer.  For this example we'll name the Workflow "V-Soft Drip".

Select "Tag added" for the Filter, and type the name of your Workflow you set earlier as the Tag value.  The contact tag MUST MATCH EXACTLY the name of the Workflow for proper operation of the Chrome Extension.  This tag will be automatically added by the Extension to each contact it sends to RipDrip.

Add a "Wait" as the first Action of the Workflow.

The recommended wait time for use with the Chrome Extension is at least 1 minute. Click "Save Action" when your desired Wait has been set.

Add a "Send SMS" action below the initial Wait.  This will be your initial contact message that is sent to your new Contact.

Customize your message using "Custom Values" until you are satisfied.  It is recommended you keep your initial message under 160 characters (1-segment) to maximize your delivery rates.  Avoid using common spam words as much as possible (see training on Avoiding Message Errors due to Carrier Blocking).  Click "Save Action" when done.

Add a Wait Action.  This wait will be the desired time FROM your previous SMS before the next SMS is sent.  Click "Save Action" when your desired wait time has been chosen.

Add a "Send SMS" action below the Wait from the previous step.  Customize the message to your liking and Click "Save Action" when done.

Continue adding Waits and SMS messages until your Workflow is complete.  Remember that your Wait is the time RipDrip will wait BETWEEN actions (ie. To send a message the next day, you can use a Wait of 24-26 hours).

As always, Click the "Draft / Publish" button and Click "Save" to save your now completed Workflow.
