A message will be sent from the driver when they cannot deliver their entire load.

Here you can see the message along with the trip and driver.

This message will also appear in the messages tab!

For the system to understand and work with a split load - the driver trip must be in this order: Pickup -&gt; Delivery -&gt; Rescale -&gt; Delivery.

First, you want to click on the trip the driver is currently working on.

Enter the address where you want the driver to rescale.

Or type in an address with google auto-complete.

Click ok, to send the rescale task to the driver

Next we need to assign the next delivery (the second part of the split load). The first step is turning on planning mode.

Drag the order to "attach" it to the existing trip (after the rescale task)

Make sure the delivery is attaching to the trip with the Checkbox checked and click "Yes"

Once the trip is confirmed, dispatch it to the driver.

At this point, the driver will do the rescale and complete the second delivery!

Once the driver is done both deliveries - change the status to Complete like you would any other order.

Find the trip but locating either the pickup, one of the deliveries or the rescale task. By clicking on the trip icon - the system will automatically filter down to just this driver trip.

In the BOL reconciliation screen you will see an additional field labelled "RESCALE GROSS (TON)". The driver would have filled this out at their second delivery.

For the system to work correctly, the rescale gross must be in tons and must be the gross weight of the truck/trailer at the rescale point. The gross, tare and net from the original pickup must also be filled out correctly!

As a dispatcher - confirm and Save the BOL like you would any other BOL.

On the finance side - Approve and Save the BOL just like any other BOL

When the BOL is approved, the system will automatically calculate and correct the quantities delivered to each location. The tickets and AP files can now be exported with the correct information.

For each driver trip, the ending quantity should be 0! In the example above: 

42.65 - 29.5 - 13.15 = 0
