Go to Reports---&gt;Financial---&gt; "Collections and Aging"

Add in your search criteria and Click "Submit"

From the results, it shows your patient balances, click on an invoice

From there, you can add any transfers or writeoffs. Add "Adjustment Reasons" from the dropdown
