Yearbook Sales Controls

Learn how to set the dates your yearbook sale will begin and end on the Yearbook Order Center (YOC). Also see how to have your sale automatically shut down when you sell a certain quantity of books.

6 steps

Click "Sales"

Click "Sales Setup"

Click here and input the date your online sales should begin.

Click here and input the date you want online sales to cease. Notice the green dot that confirms "Yearbook Sales Open" because your dates are current.

Notice if the dates aren't current, you'll see a red dot telling you "Yearbook Sales Closed"

If you want online sales to cease when you sell a certain number of copies, click "Yes" and set your copy quantity. We advise leaving a bit of wiggle room here just in case parents actively have the book in their cart and check out as you are making this change. Give yourself wiggle room of 5 books.
