You'll see all your customer tickets on the dashboard

This is a customer ticket in Zendesk. You may see the "Requester" "Assignee" and "Followers" on the left pane. The contents of the tickets appear on the right pane.

This is the Zendesk "View". You'll get an overview of all categories of tickets here.
