Showing Just Quarantined Emails

On the quarantine dashboard click "Clean".
This will remove all clean, and therefore delivered emails, from view.

Click "Rejected". This will remove all rejected messages from view.

Finding Blocked Emails
Tip! Use the date range selector to find emails from previous days.
By default the portal will open on today's date.

Scroll down the list of emails until you find the one you are looking for.
Press the arrow icon ➤ located at the right hand side of the email in the list.

Press "Email Preview".

You can choose to either 'deliver email' which will let this email through this once.
Or
Add sender to your allow list & deliver email.

Click "Deliver email" or "Add sender to allow list & deliver email".
