One of the first things you’ll notice at Scribe is that all of the Product Managers here have high agency — the capacity to take initiative, make decisions, and own outcomes. If something is unclear, you create the clarity. If a gap exists, you figure out how to close it.
As a PM at Scribe, you don’t just execute on a roadmap that’s handed to you — you define it. There’s no top-down directive telling you what to build. You own your area end-to-end, identify the most significant business opportunities, and partner with your team to solve them.

Scribe isn’t a place where teams compete for resources or optimize just for their own wins. We make decisions based on what’s best for the company, not our individual metrics.
Strong opinions are welcome, but you have to be someone who is truly open to feedback, willing to challenge ideas (including your own), and focused on building the right thing — not just proving you’re right. You need to bring a level of self-awareness with a desire to grow and learn that makes you willing to discuss your misses as candidly as your wins.
