Adding Vendor Details - Procurement

Click "Procurement"

Click "Chilling Center 1"

Click "OK"

Click "Settings"

Click "Vendor"

Click "Vendor Details"

Click "Add New"

You can View the Add Vendor Details.

First You need to fill the Personal Details like Vendor Name , State , District , Town , Address . You can add District or town using "edit" button

And You need fill the Contact Details of the Vendor like Mobile Number , WhatsApp Number , Mail id . if you want to add vendor form or document you can add using "select file" button

After filling all the required details , Click "Vendor Account Details"

After Clicking the Account Details fill the details like , Bank Located State , Bank Located District , Bank name , ISFC code , Account number , Vendor Account Name . if you want to add new ISFC code you can add using "edit" button . The will be automatically generated

After filling the vendor account details click "Assign Vendor to Plant / Center , CAN , Route"

Here you can select the center type , plant name , center name and can number for vendor .

When you click "Edit" button on can details

You can edit or create a new can number for vendor .

After filling the fields on vendor to Plant/center , Can ,route , Click "Vendor to Route"

Here you can select the route for transportation of milk for vendors.

When you click "Edit" button on route.

You can edit or create a new route details for vendor .

After selecting route to vendors , click "Status"

Here you need to fill the Aadhar number , PAN number , Start date of the vendor and the status of the vendor

After filling the status details , Click "Add" you can view the added vendor details on the "vendor details" option .

You can view the newly added vendor details in "vendor details" . You can also edit the vendor details using "edit" button
