Process SMS to vendor - procurement

For processing SMS to vendor you need to add the SMS format , For that Click "Settings"

Click "SMS Format"

Click "Add New"

select the values for the sms format

and click the small arrow to confirm the selected values

type the format name and the format will be displayed on the output

select start date of the SMS format

Click here.

select the status of the format

after filling all the required fields click "add"

After adding SMS format , Click "Data Process"

Click "Process / View SMS"

Click "Process SMS"

select the plant name

select the route of the vendor

select the vendor type

select the vendor name

select the center type

select the center name .

select the can

if you want to send SMS with incentive rate Click "Yes"

select the shift

select the SMS format that you have created

select the process start date and end date

select the milk type

After filling all the details , Click "Process SMS"
