How to Search for Suppliers in the Supplier Hub

This SOP provides a step by step guide on how to access and use the Supplier Hub located on the SSCM website. The Supplier Hub is a tool that allows users to look up pre-registered and District approved suppliers by searching supplier name, category, or service description. The goal is to help schools and departments find approved suppliers that they can use for services or products that are in compliance with DCSD Board of Education policies.

Google Sites

Navigate to The Strategic Sourcing and Contract Management Google Site <https://sites.google.com/dcsdk12.org/sscm-site/home?authuser=0>

Scroll down to the “Suppliers for All Categories” section and click the drop-down menu

Select "New! Search Suppliers"

The Supplier Hub allows you to search for suppliers by category, business name, or the services they provide.

Check the “Onboarded in Workday” column. If the supplier is marked “No,” contact [strategicsourcing@dcsdk12.org](mailto:strategicsourcing@dcsdk12.org)for guidance on the next steps.

Some suppliers may appear in the Supplier Hub but are not yet onboarded in Workday. This can happen if they have offered goods or services, are part of a cooperative agreement, or are willing to sign a contract with the District. Select the box to search by supplier name, allowing you to quickly locate a specific supplier.

Select the box to search by type of service, allowing you to find suppliers based on the goods or services they offer.

You can filter the supplier information and export it in a specific format, such as CSV or Google Sheets.
