Adding User/Admin to WorksManager Account

Adding a User/Admin must be performed by an existing Admin on the account. At the time of sale SITECH/Trimble will assign a single Admin on the account. That Admin will be responsible for adding any new Users/Admin in the future.

Begin in your WorksManager account page and click **Users.**

A list of active Users and Admin will be displayed. To add an addition User or Admin click on **ADD** in the upper right corner.

Next you will be asked to select an Account Role for the User. Select either **Admin** or **User**.

**Admin**: Gives the user full privileges over the WorksManager account. An account Admin can make changes to the account. **User**: Gives the user view only privileges over the WorksManager account. A User could become a project manager in a specific project allowing him/her to make changes within the project, but not the account.

After selecting the Users role, type in the **email address** of user you would like to add. The user you are adding must have a **Trimble ID** setup.

After typing the email address, click the **plus** button to add the user to the list.

Click **ADD USER** in the bottom right to add the user to the account. The user will get an email with invitation link to the WorksManager account sent to his inbox.

You can add multiple users in step 6 by repeating steps 4-5 before clicking **ADD USER**.

After clicking **ADD USER** you can confirm the user appears in the Users list.

The user role will display as pending until the invited user follows the invite link in his email.
