Shareing Devices via the WorksManager Partners Feature

Before you begin, be sure that your TID is setup as admin on both WorksManager accounts you would like to use during this workflow.

Begin by logging into WorksManager and clicking on My Accounts.

Navigate to the account in which you would like to share devices from and click on it.

Click on the Partners tab on the left side of the screen.

Click ADD in the upper right corner.

Enter the Short Org name for the WorksManager account you would like to share devices too.

If your TID is setup as an admin on both WorksManager accounts you are using in this workflow, enter your email and then click the plus button.

Click ADD.

Click on the My Accounts tab on the left side of the screen.

Navigate to the WorksManager account you would like to share devices too and click on it.

Click on the Partners tab on the left side of the screen.

Click the Approve button next to the WorksManager account you would like receive devices from.

Click on the My Accounts tab on the left side of the screen.

Navigate back to the account you would like to share devices from and click on it.

In the Devices tab, click on the check box next to the device you would like to share with the other WorksManager account.
Note: you can select multiple devices in Step 14.

Click the Share button in the upper right corner.

In the Partner Account drop box select the WorksManager account in which you would like to share the device too.

Enter your email in the Email text box and then click the plus button.

Click the Share button when finished.

A grey Shared icon will appear over the device icon to indicate the device has been shared.

Click the My Accounts tab on the left side of the screen.

Navigate back to the WorksManager account you are sharing the device too and click on it.

Click on the Partners tab on the left side of the screen.

Click on the WorksManager account you shared the devices from.

Click on the Devices Shared With Me eyeball.

You will now see the shared device.
To utilize a shared device, it must be added to a WorksManager project.
