Copying CBT Schedules Between Classes

Learn how to efficiently duplicate existing CBT schedules from one class to another within your school portal.

Schoolsfocus

Click "e-Class"

Click "CBT"

Click "CBT Schedules"

Find the existing Exam Schedule Group you want to open and click "View Schedule"

Select the class you want to copy its schedule.\ \ *(the source class's own schedule for the exam needs to have already been set up properly)*

Select the individual subjects you want to copy their schedule, or Click the "Select All" checkbox to select all subjects in the class exam schedule list

Click "Action on Selected"

Click "Copy Schedule to Another Class"

Select the destination class - the class you want to copy the exam schedule into.

Select the destination class arm(s)

Click "Ok"

Review any conflicts or messages the system may have provided in the preview area

Select the next page you want to be redirected to after the copying

Click "Copy Schedules"

Upon successful copying, you will see a success notification message, and will be redirected to the next page you selected.
