How To Preview and Modify Result Settings Before Publishing the Result

Click "Results"

Click "Results / Grade Book"

Click "Review And Publish Results"

Select the Exam Session, Exam, Class, and Class Arm of the result you want to review and publish

Click "View Results"

Click "Publish this Result"

Click "Preview & modify how the result will appear"

Click "Use General Settings" to use the system's global result settings.\ \ OR\ \ Click "Use Custom Settings" to apply custom settings specifically to this result.

To further modify the settings of the result and see the effect instantly use the settings control buttons at the left side of the result preview.\ \ Carefully read to understand what each button does, and when you click to either enable or disable a setting, always ensure to look at its effect on the result sheet before proceeding.

When done with the settings and you're ok with how the result looks, click the Close (X) button at the top-right of the preview to close the preview

Click "Publish"
