Switching to ClassMeet for Live Classes In Your School Portal

Sign in to your school portal and navigate to the Virtual Classroom space you want to switch to ClassMeet. Ensure to switch to the **Live Class** tab of the classroom.\ \ Note that if the class space does not already have any live class link configured, it uses ClassMeet by default - so there's no extra action required.

If the class-space is already configured to use a live-class link, then click the actions button as shown below

Click "Live Class Config"

Simply use the status switch button to temporarily disable the current live-class link.\ \ You need not delete the link. You can always return and re-enable the link.

Click "Close" and the page should refresh

The "**Start Class**" button from ClassMeet should now be available in the Live Class tab. Click this button to start a live class.\ \ The students should see a "**Join Class**" button too at their end in the same class space. They can click the button to join the live class.

**Note that:** - ClassMeet is currently in Beta mode and is still being actively developed and improved, day-to-day. - You can always provide your feedback to the team. - ***Screen-sharing*** is currently supported only on desktop web browsers and SchoolsFocus PWA desktop apps (and not yet on mobile).
