Updating Class Teacher Allocations in Your School Portal

This guide demonstrates how to assign or reassign class teachers to specific class arms.

Click "Academics"

Click "Classes"

Click "Class Teacher Allocation"

Select the academic session you want to handle the class-teacher allocation for and then click "Load"

Find the line of the class arm you want to assign or reassign to a teacher, and then click its corresponding "Edit" button

Select the new Form Teacher you want to assign to the class

OPTIONALLY, \ Click "Remove previous Teacher from all Subjects of this Class Arm"\ \ (*This is important to also automatically unassign the old teacher from the subjects of that class, for that academic session)*

OPTIONALLY, \ Click "Replace previous Teacher with new Teacher in timetable". (*This is important to also automatically update the class timetable entries, and reassign all lessons/activities of the old teacher to the new teacher, for that academic session)*

Click "Save Allocation"
