Getting data loaded into your plots interface can take a few mintues. Here are the steps to get your data ready for visualization
Option 1: Opening from Plots File

There are two methods to open AtlasXPlots. One is to open the Report File by clicking on the three dots next to the plots file.
Older datasets may not have this file and will need to use the second option.

Click "Open Plot Layout" to bring you to the AtlasXPlots page
Option 2: Opening from Plots Tab

Alternatively, click on the plots tab on the left side of the workspace

Scroll down and click the arrow to open the plots layout of interest.

First you will see layout connecting. This will take a couple minutes to setup the cloud environment.
If this step takes more than 10 minutes please close the layout and restart. If issue persists please contact AtlasXomics for support

Next the data will be loaded into the layout during the initializing stage. this is loading your data into the app.

Once the initializing is done the h5 viewer will begin loading. Once data is visible you are ready to explore!
Multisample Spatial Arrangement

For multiple samples, below the h5 viewer is a check box to change the organization of your samples in the viewer

You can set the number of rows and columns here as well as the spacing. You can also sort samples by sample name or condition if available

Click "Refresh H5 viewer" to add this orientation the dropdown of views
