Follow this guide to successfully navigate the CCPU Training Fund application process for reimbursement or sponsorship. These steps help you provide all required information and documentation to secure financial support for your educational goals.

Review the steps and eligibility criteria. If you meet the criteria, procced to clicking on the link to apply in your preferred language (note, you can choose from other languages once you click on the appication link).

Select your preferred language to complete this application in, from the drop down menu powered by Google Translate.

Select the option you'd like to apply for (either reimbursement and/or sponsorship or a partnership program)

Click "Submit"

Select your primary language (choose from: English, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese-Mandarin, Farsi, French, Portuguese, Russian, & Somali)

Applicant Details

Type your First and Last Name.

Select your preferred pronouns.

Enter your email address.

Select which type of email it is.

Enter your Phone Number.

Select which type of phone it is.

Select your preferred method of communication.

Select the option of how you heard about the Tuition Assistance benefit.

Type your Street Address, Apartment number, and City.

Select 'California' from the State dropdown.

Enter your Zip Code.

Eligibility and Residency

Select whether you are a licensed child care provider, a licensed exempt/FFN provider, or an unlicensed provider.

Confirm if a subsidized child has been in your care within the last 12 months.

Confirm if you are willing to take in subsidized children in your care.

Click 'Next Page' to continue.

Reimbursement and Expenses

Select whether you are applying for a reimbursement or a sponsorship.

Click on your highest level of education.

Select whether you are currently enrolled in a higher education program.

Select your Program Type.

Select whether you are a full time or part time student.

Select your preference for payment (check or direct deposit)

Confirm whether your request is from the previous calendar year.

Select whether your expense is for a course or a course-related item.

Search for your school, and select it from the drop down menu.

Enter the Course Title.

Enter the expense amount.

Select the education category for your expense.

Select your Course Start Date from the calendar by clicking this box

Select your Course End Date from the calendar.

Select how this course will add value to your work as a family child care provider, from the drop down menu.

Click "Choose File" to upload your supporting documentation (Note: make sure this documentation meets all requirements: it should clearly display your name, the school name, the date, the expense amount, and show that it is paid for (for reimbursements)).

Confirm whether or not you are currently engaged in any other CCPU programs or offerings.

Select whether or not you need any technology support.

Click 'Next Page' to continue.

Demographics

Select your gender assigned at birth from the dropdown menu.

Select your gender identity from the dropdown menu.

Select your age group from the dropdown menu.

Select your ethnicity, select all that apply.

Select your highest level of education.

Select which languages you speak fluently.

Click Submit.
