Look for the "Hire" tile and select it.

On the list of available options, select "Add Collaborator".

Click "Continue".

Once the PCR form opens, enter the hire date of the new collaborator and press "Update".

Enter their Social Security Number (or temporary SSN if applicable), and their Date of Birth in MM/DD/YYYY format. Once entered, click "Employee Verification".

The Personal Data area should auto-populate with their TXST ID number and their First and Last names. In the "Gender" drop-down, select their gender.

If the Personal Data does not auto-populate or if you receive an "Employee Not Valid" error, this may mean their NetID was not properly set up. For assistance with these errors, contact HRIS at HRISteam@txstate.edu

Proceed to the Reason for Action drop-down and select "Add Collaborator".

Enter your Faculty Collaborator position number and click "Load Position Data". The position information will then auto-populate.

If you do not have a Faculty Collaborator position available, you will need to request one. You will not be able to continue the PCR until you have this position number created.

Proceed to the "Time Administrator" drop-down and select your department time administrator.

Proceed to the Address section. The PCR form does not accept international addresses or phone numbers. Use the TXST main address for this section: **601 University Drive, San Marcos, TX 78666**. The phone number can be left blank.

Proceed to the Comments section and enter any applicable comments. Example: "XXXX is a new TXST Mexico Collaborator, effective MM/DD/YYYY." *Comments are required to proceed.*

Once you have filled out the form, navigate to the top of the page and click "Check". This will check for any errors on the PCR.

Check that there are no "Hard Stops" (indicated by a red exclamation point).

If you receive a Hard Stop error, please contact HRIS for assistance at HRISteam@txstate.edu

If there are no hard stops, click "Send" to submit the PCR.

The PCR has been submitted!
