Creating a Vome Account and Volunteer Shift

Learn how to register a new account on the Vome platform. This guide also walks you through the steps to successfully reserve a volunteer shift for Gunnison Country Food Pantry.

Your Vome invitation by email will look something like this

Fill out your information

Click "Agree and continue" to create your account!

Log into Vome using your new account information

Click "Accept"

Click "Get started"

This will take you to our organization's home page.

Click "GET INVOLVED"

Click "Application Form"

Fill out the applciation form - Even if you've been a volunteer before, this makes sure we have all of your information updated in our new system.

Once you've finished the application and signed your name, Click "Submit"

Click "Go to sequence"

Onboarding Sequence (Training)

Please watch the onboarding videos, download and read the civil rights training. Again, we are just making sure all of our volunteers start with the same information.

Click "Mark as complete"

Click "Confirm"

You've finished the Onboarding Training! If you're ever looking for further training, like Driver Training, click the "Sequences" tab within the menu.

Reserve Your First Shift

Welcome to your new home page! Click "Reserve Shifts"

Click the date you'd like to schedule a shift for.

Available shifts starting on desired day will show up, filters are available.

Select your party size, Click "Reserve"

The first ever time you sign up for a shift, you'll be asked to select a "Group"

Name your "Group" for future reservations. With this tool, you are able to sign up friends and family, whether or not they have a Vome account.

Once you've selected a group, you are able to reserve your shift! Your group selection will be persistent, so next time you reserve a shift, if your group hasn't changed, you can just click "Reserve"

Click "Review & Confirm"

Review your selected reservation(s), then Click "CONFIRM RESERVATION"

Congratulations on reserving your shift(s)! Feel free to add them to your own calendar using the links, or keep track of your reservations on your Vome schedule.
