HR HUB is an internal, web‑based application available to MU Health Care leaders and administrative staff, designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of organizational operations. It serves as a centralized, one‑stop platform for managing and supporting day‑to‑day HR and administrative workflows.
Supports key functions such as administrative competency and CPR certification submission, onboarding tracking, annual courtesy appointment renewals, performance‑related workflows (including GROW and Rounding), along with other HR operational needs. By centralizing tools, data, reports and processes, HR HUB streamlines internal operations, reduces administrative burden, and promotes consistency across the organization.
Access to HR HUB is restricted to users connected to the MU Health Care network, either on‑site or through VPN/Citrix, ensuring secure access to HR‑related tools and data.
