Manage and Update Submitted Referrals

This guide provides helpful tips for viewing and updating submitted patient referrals. By following these instructions, users can easily navigate the system, search for referral information, and view the status of referrals. Use My Requests to view referrals that you have submitted.

Navigate to <https://phhs-referral.eceptionist.com/live/default_login.aspx>and login.

Use the My Request screen to view a list of referrals that you've submitted to Parkland Health. Follow the instructions below to navigate this page.

**Locate a patient referral.** You can search for a specific referral using any of the search boxes located at the top of each row.

After entering information in the field click ENTER on your keyboard to initiate the search.

**Update Referral.** You are able to make limited updates to a referral once it has been submitted to Parkland Health. From the My Requests list, click the row to open a referral. You can add additional attachments, cancel your referral and add comments to the referral. Be sure to SAVE CHANGES. Once Parkland has started processing the referral, you will no longer be able to make changes.

**Add Attachments.** Navigate to the attachments tab and click the ADD FILE button. Upload the file from your computer and click SAVE CHANGES.

**Hint:** To initiate a new search be sure to clear any search filters from the boxes and hit enter.

**Search for referral by Status.**

**Search for referrals by request date.**

Hint: Click "SEARCH" when using any of the filters across the top of the screen.
