Claim Red Rose Alerts Profile in Regroup

This guide shows how to claim and verify your Regroup account so you can opt into the City of Lancaster’s Red Rose Alerts and manage contact methods. It explains choosing email or phone verification, setting a password, adding additional addresses/contacts (which must be verified), and reviewing subscriptions so you can finish setup and edit your contact profile.

Claim Your Account

Visit <https://cityoflancpa.app.regroup.com/login?sso=off> Click *First Time Users Create Password*

Select the type of contact method you want to use to claim your account. *For best results, select Email or Phone Number.*

Claim via Email

Email Verification: Enter your email address, then click Send. *You will receive an email with instructions.*

Claim via Phone Number

Click here

Enter the verification code you receive via text message, then click Submit

Set Your Password

Enter your new password twice, then click Change My Password

Additional Phone Numbers, Emails, and Addresses

Add any additional email addresses, phone numbers, and physical addresses you would like to add to your account. *Email addresses and phone numbers will need to be verified before they become active.*

Click Continue

Review Subscriptions

Review the opt-in subscriptions connected to your account.

Click Finish Signup

Finished!

You are finished when you see your Contact Profile. From here, you can edit your profile to add/change/remove any other contact methods or addresses.
