Complete your profile information. If you are registering on behalf of a company, please use your company name as your full name.

Select Your Preferred Contact Method. For the fastest delivery of important documents, we recommend selecting “Email.”

Type your address in “Search for address” and select it from the drop-down list. **If your address is not within Lancaster City limits, please skip this step and enter your address directly in the Mailing Address section.**

Click the "Copy from Address Above:" field if your address is same as your mailing address. If not, please enter your mailing address.
