Configure Missing Documents Service Pipeline for Your Agency

Navigate to [AgencyZoom](https://app.agencyzoom.com/service-category/config)

Click "My Agency"

Click "Service Request Configuration"

Click "Add Service Category"- use this format so the placeholder works great inside your automation Format: missing the {document name} Example: missing the application

missing the application ---note-- DO not capitalize missing

Click "Save"

Reminder the emails will plus in the service category so in this example the email will say. We are missing the application. "missing the application" is plugged in by using the "Service Category" placeholder

Click "Add Service Category" - Repeat this step until you've added all the documents you want to have available inside your AgencyZoom categories

Click "Service Center"

Click "New-Carrier Esign"

{Carrier Self Service Link} pulls from the links inside the Carrier Set Up page. Inside the email it will show to the receiver as Click Here

Click "My Agency"

Click "Carrier Setup"

Click here to see the {Carrier Self Service Link} that are attached to each carrier you use.

Click "Save" once you've determined the correct link is inside your carrier

Click "Carrier"

Click "Lifecycle Automation"

Click "New-Agency Esign" If you use somthing like DocuSign in your agency you will need to make edits to these templates. The templates we built reference DocuSign so if you use DocusSign in your agency you do not need to edit these templates. If you use something other thank DocuSign you will need to make edits to the email and text templates in this stage.

Click "Edit Template" If you use something other than DocuSign to collect ESignatures

Remove DocuSign and replace it with the name of the ESign system you use then click Update Template

Open all texts and emails to edit the type of Esign system you use. Click "Edit Template"

Replace DocuSign with the system you use

Click "Update Template"

Switch to tab "1Missing Docs" IF you want to remove any of the New stages follow these next steps.

Click here to open up the pipeline to edit the stages.

Click Delete Stage for the stages you don't need in your agency. Example: maybe you never mail out documents so you want to Delete that stage. You've now completed the admin steps for this pipeline.
