How to Report a Green Canopy Service Activity to Lions International

Learn how to document and submit your Green Canopy community service projects through the Lions International portal. This guide ensures your volunteer efforts, such as environmental initiatives, are accurately recorded and our Green Canopy Committee can celebrate your success.

Salesforce

Navigate to the Portal <https://lionsinternational.my.site.com/s/>

Click "My Club"

Click "Service Activities"

Click "Create Service Activity"

If you have more than one option, select your club or District

Click "Next"

Type "**Green Canopy** - Tree Planting in Neighbourhood Park"\ *Please start the title with "Green Canopy" so that we can search all similar projects*

Select the "Service Project" option and click "next"

Click "Start Date" and enter the date of the activity

Click " Cause" and select "Environment"

Enter more details in the "Description" field if you wish.

Click and enter the number of "People Served"

Click the "Total Volunteer Hours" and enter the hours.

Click and enter the number of Volunteers

**Important -** Click and enter the number of "Trees Planted/Cared for".

Click "Tree Planting and Tree Care" in the Project type.

Click the "End Date" field.

Click "Save"

Click "Report to LCI"

Click "Close"
