Learn how to access, download, and manage previous versions of seller disclosure documents within the Sellers Shield platform. This guide provides a step-by-step workflow for efficiently retrieving important signed files and updating contact information when necessary.

On the listing details page, there is now a "previous signed docs" tab next to "disclosure progress"

Review Signed Documents

Clicking this tab, will show all previously signed versions of the disclosure form, including the date the forms were signed.

Seller Dashboard

Sellers also have access to their previously signed forms. On their main dashboard there is a link to "earlier versions"

Clicking the link will allow the seller to download any previously signed versions of the form.
