Navigate to <https://ec.apps.laregents.edu/>

Account Registration

Click "Create Account"

Fille out your information. When selecting your institution, please remember that if you need to submit data for multiple institutions that you select the correct "Parent" institution that will be something like "Oz Academy Campuses." Check the Parent Institution File or with staff.

Once you have filled out all the information, click "Create Account"

Click "Return to Login" - but you will need to check your email to wait for the approval email.

Navigate to your email to ensure that you have received the successful user created email.

Be on the lookout for your approval email. Please note that staff will try and stay on top of these as quickly as possible, but we are juggling many data requests during these weeks.

Password Reset

If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password"

Fill in your email and click "Send Password Reset Link"

You should see a pop up message that a password reset email was sent. If you do not, your email is not in the system.

Check your email for a link to reset your password. Please note that this link is only good for fifteen (15) minutes so, you will need to complete this when you have access to your email.

Enter your email and a new password, then cllick "Submit"

If there is something wrong with your password, you will get an error message pop up. You password should contain alphanumeric characters and at least 1 special character and be a minimum of 8 characters in length.

Click "Submit"

Once you enter a new password that meets requirements you will receive a pop up notification and will also be redirected to the log-in page.

You will also receive an email notification that your password has been reset successfully.

You can then log in with you new password!

Dashboard Navigation

Click "Begin Submission"

Select the institution you wish to report for.

There are three different data submissions options. If you did not have any students from July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026 - you will select Zero Enrollment and report that way.

If you would like to upload your student data via the CSV template, please utilize the file upload option.

To enter each student directly into the Form Builder within the portal, click Form Upload.

Zero Enrollment Path

If you did not have any students during the data period, click 'Submit Zero Enrollment'

Remember! Part of your License Renewal Applications are attestation that data submitted for your renewals and as part of this collection will match. Do not submit Zero Students unless your renewal applications will support the same data.

Confirm that you did not have any students during the year in question and click "Submit No Data"

You will see the submission pop-up and can navigate home by clicking "Return Home"

If you click "Begin Submission" again from the home page, you will see that your institutions has "Certified No Records" Congratulations! You have completed your 2026 Student Data Submission! Log out and we will see you next year.
