How to Add a Flyer to an NCCC event

Navigate to [https://www.corvettesnccc.org/NCCCCompetitionDatabase/2026/Programs/AddEvent.php5](https://www.corvettesnccc.org/NCCCCompetitionDatabase/2025/Programs/AddEvent.php5)

Enter Your NCCC Number (for Chair, Governor, or RCD)

Enter the Event Password if Chair, Governor Password if Governor, or RCD Password if RCD. Each role is seperate, even if you are the same person.

If you are the chair, you will enter the sanction number, RCD and Governors can skip this step and access by "List My Events"

Click "Log in"

Scroll to the bottom, click "Choose File". A Windows Explorer window will open to allow you to navigate to where you have the flyer saved on your computer. It must be a .pdf. It must be named in the RR-CCC-XXXXX format. RR= Region Code, here MI. CCC = Club Code, here 003, the XXXXX can be anything you want, here I used Governor Sample

Confirm the correct file has been chosen.

Click "Upload Flyer"

Click "Continue" on the splash screen. If you get an error here, you are using the wrong file format (must be a .pdf) or the wrong file name (RR-CCC-XXXXX) for Region, Club, user infomation. Below this is the Michigan Region, Club 003.

Use dropdown to select the correct flyer. All flyers uploaded for that year assigned to the club number will be available, pick the correct one.

Select the "Approved" option.

Click "Update Event"

You will see this splash screen confirming the flyer is approved by you.

Verify flyer by clicking "View Flyer"

Click "List My Events" to continue assigning flyers to other events that day using this clubs sanctions numbers or use the "Return to Login Screen" to exit

Click "Update Event" on the next event you need to assign the flyer to.

Repeat the same process as 10, select the appropriate flyer

Select the "Approved" option.

Click "Update Event"

Receive confirmation splash screen

Click "Return to Login Screen" if you are done or repeat steps 15-20 until you are complete. Remember, events on the same day using different clubs' or region numbers must be done individually.
