This guide provides step-by-step process on how to create a UN host entity account in UVP.

Register Your Account

Navigate to [app.unv.org](//app.unv.org) on the homepage, Click "**Log in or Signup**"

Click **Sign up now** on the login page.

Use your official UN email address in the email address field.

Click **Send verification code** to receive a code in your email.

Check your email for the verification code, then copy and paste it into the verification field. Click **Verify code** to confirm.

Create a strong password for your account and re-enter it to confirm.

Enter your personal information: - Gender - First name - Last name - Date of birth

Check the box to confirm you have read and accepted the terms of use and privacy policy.

Click **Create** to complete registration.

Select **I'm an entity** and proceed to your dashboard by clicking **Continue**.
Set Up Your Host Entity Profile

On your dashboard, click the task **Complete host entity profile**.

Select **United Nations** as the organization type.

Provide host entity details: - Organisation name (e.g., UNDP followed by the country name). - Upload the organisation’s logo. - Add your office’s contact details, address, city, and country/territory.

Add mission and objectives: - Include corporate-level and country-specific goals. - Add any relevant details UNV should know about your host entity account.

Choose your organization's acronym from the dropdown list.

Once all fields are complete, click **Submit** to send your profile for review.

Click **Complete** to confirm your profile is ready for UNV approval.

The status of the Host Entity will be pending until approved by UNV. You can update your host entity profile or personal information using the **Edit** functionality on the right.
