How to Set up emails on your iOS Phone

This guide quickly walks you through adding your school email to the Outlook app on iOS and completing multi‑factor authentication using a phone number. Follow it to get secure, ready-to-use email access on your phone in minutes.

Microsoft Outlook

Open the Outlook app and click **Add Account**

Enter your **Email Address** and click **Add Account**

Enter your **School password** and click **Sign in** This will be the same password you use to sign onto the school device

After that, Click on **Next.** This will take you to set up your MFA

At this stage, you can Download & set up the **Microsoft Authenticator** or you can use your Phone number. This guide will use phone number, Click **Other Options**

Click **Phone**

Select the **Country Code** to **United Kingdom (+44)** and enter your mobile phone number

You will then received a verification code by either WhatsApp or SMS. Enter the **Code**

Once done, Click **Done**

After that, You have successfully set up emails on your Phone. Click **Maybe Later**
