How to Add Blogs to your Newsletters

Head over to Utopia, then click "Mailouts"

Click "Already Prepared Newsletters"

Click the "Copy" icon.

Click "Save" when you're happy with the "New Title"

Head over to your website where you have already uploaded some blogs.

Click the latest blogs.

Copy the URL of the page.

Back in Utopia, the mailout will have opened and is waiting to be edited. Scroll down to the "Featured Articles" section.

Click on the title and change it to the title of the blog you're about to add.

Click "Learn More" to link to your site.

Select the text in this URL field and paste your blog's URL link.
Tip! You can add as many blogs as you'd like by duplicating the content blocks. Or, you can remove some blocks if they're not needed by deleting them.

Click "Save"

Click "Save and Send" to send the newsletter to your database, now edited with your site's blog links.
