Renew Your ARPA Membership Online

Follow this guide to navigate the ARPA Members Portal for membership renewals. This walkthrough covers: - selecting your membership type - confirming payment - updating your profile information

Navigate to the ARPA portal at:<https://portal.arpaonline.ca/login.aspx>

Enter your organizational credentials. If you do not have these, please email portalsupport@arpaonline.ca to verify your logon credentials. After entering your information click "Sign In".

Click "Renew now!"

Alternatively, click the drop down arrow next to your organization name in the top corner.

Select "Account + Settings".

Click "Payments & History".

Click "Membership".

Click "Securely renew your membership now »".

Anytime you renew your membership we ask you to review your profile information. After confirming all information is up to date, click "Save Changes".

Your membership dues are based on your membership type. \ View:\ Step 11 - Municipal membership, OR\ Step 12 - Business membership, OR\ Step 13 - Individual Professional membership

**(Municipal)** Select your organization's membership tier, based on population.

**(Business)** Click the "Business Membership" field.

**(Individual)** Click the "Individual Professional Membership" field.

Select a Payment Type

Click "Submit"

Click "View Invoice/Receipt". This will also be available in your account drop-down menu under "Invoices".
