Navigate to [https://illuminate.jetcharge.com.au/manage-customers/device-owners](https://illuminate.jetcharge.com.au/manage-customers/device-owners)

Or click "Manage customers"

Click "Device owners"

Search with email address to ensure the device owner does not already exist

Click "Create device owner"

Enter Name, Email and Phone Number including Country Code
7
Leave owner type as "Private"
8
Search for the Customers Address
9
Add the Unit Number if an Apartment
10
Add any relevant notes and select "Create"
