## Merging Duplicate Profiles Sometimes, users may accidentally create multiple profiles. These duplicates can cause issues within the system, especially when the profiles contain the same information (e.g., email, first name, last name), making it unclear which profile is the correct one.\ Step-by-Step: How to Merge Duplicate Profiles 1. **Collect and Verify Information**\ Before merging, make sure you’ve confirmed all correct details, including: - First name - Last name - Email address - Date of birth - Membership number (if applicable)

**Identify the Primary Profile**\ Search for and open the profile you want to **retain** (this will become the main profile after the merge). - **Initiate the Merge** - Click on **“Merge Profile”** - Search for the duplicate profile by using the email, first name, or last name. - **Select Data to Retain**\ Choose which information you want to keep during the merge (in case of conflicting fields).

> ⚠️ **Important:** Once the merge is complete, it **cannot be undone**.
